Administrative Staff - Procurement

The Administrative Staff-Procurement handles all clerical and secretarial functions and related services of the Procurement Department. He/she maintains a clean and orderly work area for the department.

Duties and Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Creates an effective filing system for the department
  • Maintains personnel records as outlines in the hospital policies
  • Creates and maintains a complete and systematic set of records of the day-to-day needs with regards to petty cash, purchase requisitions, delivery receipts, and other matter pertinent to the operation of the concerned department.
  • Requests, monitors, and takes inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Other assigned administrative tasks from time to time


  • Graduate of any four (4)-year business course
  • Experience in Procurement, an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and organization skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Tools
