HR Assistant, Benefits (Male)


Provides overall assistance in processing government mandated or statutory employee benefits such as SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares and monitors the SSS sickness or maternity advances and reimbursement and coordinates with Finance Division if there are any discrepancies.
• Prepares certificates SSS/Philhealth/Pag-IBIG contributions for active and resigned employees and loan payments of employees’ past and present employment.
• Prepares employees’ monthly remittance and/or payment to SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG and National Home Mortgage.
• Processes and submits employee governmental updating forms to different government agencies.
• Prepares the Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Philhealth Identification Number (PIN) application of newly hired employees.
• Encodes and updates various loan deductions, such as multi-purpose loan, SSS and Pag-IBIG loan amortization in the Payroll system.
• Scan and files employees’ documents.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or similar courses.
• At least one (1) year of experience in human resource management involving compensation and benefits.
• Experience in handling government mandated or statutory employee benefits is an advantage.
