Patient Service Representative (Out-Patient)


Description:
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for handling the patient’s requirement for laboratory tests i.e. registration, billing, encoding, results releasing, receiving of samples, phone and over-the-counter inquiries, queuing management and administrative requirements of the department.

Applicant must be:

  • A graduate of any four year course
  • With similar work experience preferred but not required
  • Able to exhibit good communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literate
  • Alert, able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Pleasant, courteous and professional
