Administrative Staff - Fellowship, Medical Education & Research

Job Summary:

The Administrative Staff – Fellowship, Medical Education & Research provides efficient administrative support to the Fellowship Program (FTP) of the division. He/she coordinates all activities of Fellows.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinates all activities of Fellows, such as, but not limited to, orientations, research paper presentations, and graduation ceremony.
  2. Processes application papers of all fellowship training applicants.
  3. Answers inquiries from applicants and provides them with application forms.
  4. Sends all pertinent documents of accepted applicants as recommended by the Department Head of Fellowship Program and Director of Medical Education for contract signing to the Human Resources Management & Development Division (HRMDD).
  5. Prepares temporary identification cards of all accepted fellows scheduled for immersion.
  6. Distributes letters, invitations, and other documents pertaining to the FTP.
  7. Processes requests for training verification from different institutions (foreign and local), and other requests related to the FTP.
  8. Maintains an updated FTP database.
  9. Prepares and issues certificates of graduation.
  • Graduate of any four (4)-year course with or without experience
  • With similar or relevant administrative experience a plus
  • Organized, diligent and able to multitask
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Above average computer skills
